Through the completion of missions, the Diplomacy Crew Skill will allow you to gather Medical Supplies used in the Biochem Crew Skill. The other unique aspect of the Diplomacy Crew Skill is that you're able to earn Light Side or Dark Side points. This is particularly important when you want to favour one side to the other, so the missions you choose to undertake will need to be chosen carefully. You can also acquire Companion Gifts through the Diplomacy Crew Skill as well.
Mission Crew Skills can only be completed by your Companions, eventually when you reach higher levels, you will be able to complete 3 missions by 3 companions at once. You can also send your companions out to complete missions while you're logged off as well.
Each companion is equipped with plus bonuses on specific Mission Skills. Only certain classes have access to these bonuses. The list below displays which Companions can complete missions faster with 'Efficiency' and when a Critical occurs, you will gain extra light/dark side points and/or extra level/loot.
